Root Infinix Hot 2 On Android 6.0 – Step by Step

What You Need

• PC
• Super User SU for Android 6.0
• Recovery Enabler
• Recovery Image
• VCOM drivers
• SP Flash tools

Place these files on your desktop, so it would be easy to locate.

Install TWRP Recovery On Infinix Hot 2

• Turn off Infinix Hot 2, then remove the battery
• Open Flash_tool.ext [Extract SP flash tools]
• Run SP flash tool as administrator
• Click scatter loading
• Locate “MT6580_Android_scatter.txt”
• Click download and the flashing process will begin

Hint: Ensure your Infinix Hot 2 is connected to your PC
Do not unplug until the process is 100% complete
Once the process is 100% complete, you should get a confirmation. Close all the tools, disconnect your Infinix Hot 2 and you can now boot to recovery mode.

• Copy SU-2.66.zip to your SD card
