Today’s guide will focus on rooting. For those who would like to know what rooting is, its benefits and disadvantages, the guide at https://blog.hovatek.com/how-to-root-android-easily-without-pc/ would definitely come in handy.

Will I lose any data (like contacts) during the above rooting and unrooting procedures?
No you wont. The above techniques deal with only the recovery and system partitions, not the data partition. Only things placed or installed in /system will be removed. If you would like to backup (contacts, SMS, calendar etc) anyway then simply follow the guide at https://blog.hovatek.com/backup-your-android-apps-sms-contacts-call-logs-calendars-and-bookmarks-using-super-backup/ .
Lafaxi….just a button away!
