Below are the latest working Magic IP's, tested and confirmed working.
Use any of the IP's with its Port to connect and surf unlimited with N0.0 via
Psiphon and Etisalat sim.
In your Psiphon under Proxy Server, you can use;
instagram.com or mobile.etisalat.com.ng%2F%3a@41.73.228.136

For those that are complaining that Magic IP refused to power all their messengers/browsing application. What you need to do is to use it along with AutoProxy or ProxyDroid.
